Vector really had no reason to be in a good mood lately. Econtra itself was driving the reptile mad with boredom and homesickness. However, he decided that a little outside time with his roommate might cheer him up a bit, so when he appeared before her, he'd be doing it with a smile, however small it may have been.

"'Course. You gonna be alright?" Vector asked with a raised brow. The fireworks the night before hadn't exactly been a secret, and he was a bit concerned for his naive little friend. He had no idea how angel's metabolisms worked, so he couldn't even make an educated guess about her current condition.

Flonne nodded vigorously to reassure him she'd be fine. "I'm feeling great!" This statement was accompanied by a feeble attempt to carry the heavy basket, earning it a place on the floor. Thankfully, nothing fell out, but it was embarrassing.

"Oops..." She frowned as she stared at it. Maybe she should've gripped it tighter or asked him to carry it instead.

The crocodile couldn't help but grin a little wider at the angel's attempt. "Here, I'll take care of it..." With practically no effort, Vector leaned down to pull up to basket and help Flonne up with his other hand. It didn't bother him that he had to carry it, really...after all, there was little he considered heavy.

"You sure you're alright...?" He wouldn't start walking until he was reassured. If worse came to worse, he'd carry her down outside. Vector highly doubted she was any heavier than the basket anyway.

Happily accepting his assistance, Flonne flashed him another bright smile. She was so lucky to have made a friend like him! "Thank you! I think I'm fine..." After taking a few moments to dust herself off, she nodded. No damage had been done and she'd hate for something so minor to ruin their day out.

The little angel grabbed the blanket from off the counter. She'd be a terrible friend if she let him carry everything, even if she couldn't hold much.
