whining again...somewhat

desolatedrose and i made a bookstore raid on Tuesday. got three books i'd been waiting for and one book i'd been waiting for but didn't even know was out. so that was a happy thing. have already read two of the books. which is okay 'cuz i took my bag of books to sell into La Booktique yesterday. got three more books and four dollars for over a dozen books

I know this is late, and by this time you're probably over it but *hugs*

That haircut was so cute! I might have a picture somewhere . . . but some stylist just suck, even with a picture. I have to be very aggressive about my hair -- if it gets cut too short, it poofs out and I look like Annie, so I sometimes come across as a bitch but damnit! It's my damn hair!

she's not actually a bad stylist. i just don't know what my hair does at this length, so suggestions that sounded good at the time didn't necessarily turn out all that well. but i'll know exactly what to ask for next time. and, yeah, it's your / my hair. we're not bitches; we just know what we want. : )
