Of Decisiveness

I need to be more assertive; decisive. I’m fairly certain that is where a bulk of the problems I face stems from.

I have always been a very passive person, and I believe I always will be. You can see it in how I talk, and in how I write. Whenever I have someone critique my writing one of the first things inevitably said is that I need to quit using ( Read more... )

No hurt or doubt on my end of things, my dear. I know that you're busy, and that sometimes you need an extra poke to answer a question. :) Not a big deal to me. I had to get over some difficulties with decision making myself, so I understand where you're coming from.

On the good news front, the cabin is still available and we can start making concrete plans and reservations. :)

Aww, thank you. I didn't mean to sound too dramatic up there. I just really dislike admitting things like that about myself.

Yay for the good news! I just put in my leave request for those days, too. :p

I have had similar difficulties, so I know where you're coming from. I find that in myself it's generally a fear of failure. specifically in the writing arena, fear that I 'got it wrong' frequently leads to not writing at all.

it'a good that you were able to take Kyn's observation and explore it maturely. I didn't't take it so well when someone did the same to me. :)
