So last night I was cooking dinner and the State of the Union Address speech came on. Normally, I would have changed it because I can't stand to hear that man talk. He makes me want to puke. I also cannot watch him speak live without getting sick to my stomach. I'm not joking either. The feeling that I get is pretty much the same feeling I get when I'm watching something utterly horrible happen, like someone suffering, or seeing a car crash, or watching planes fly into tall buildings. Which is weird, because for better or worse, I can be a fairly 'tough' person emotionally. To think that a measly president can actually create great feelings of anxiety and stress in me. Oh well. Let's just hope he doesn't install himself as dictator.
