Lately (the past year or so...) I've been more regularly grumpy and worn out due to lack of sleep. For those who need a reminder...

• Both my parents died within a four year period, my father just a year ago. We're still working to settle their Estate.
• My aunt died four months ago.
• My sister is dying of incurable stage-four metastatic cancer.
