Winter is coming
Becker looked down the little black kitten on Connor’s desk, then back to Connor.
“Conn, why is Jinx dressed like a… a… What’s she meant to be?”
“An elf, I think,” Connor told him. “You remember that Jess took up knitting a while ago? Well, she thought that since winter is coming, Jinx might get cold because she’s only tiny and so Jess made her a jumper. And a hat. And little boots.”
Becker sighed. “We need to find her a bloke; she’s got too much time on her hands.”
Connor paled. “Before she starts making jumpers for us, too.”
