Evasive manoeuvres
“Come on, Moss. Time to go.” Becker looked around but the cub had vanished. “Moss?”
Matt pointed toward the bushes at the edge of the park. “I think he went that way.”
Becker sighed, eventually spotting the cub hiding in the bushes and obviously hoping that they wouldn’t find him. Crouching down, he reached under the bush and dragged Moss out by his collar.
Moss resisted, squirming free of his grasp and going back under the bushes.
“He doesn’t want to go home,” Matt told him, amused.
Becker dragged Moss out again. “He’s going whether he likes it or not.”
