There's this poem that's been passed around a lot at work lately; in fact, this one British dude sings it every morning when I come in. Seeing as how it's national poetry month, I thought I'd share it:

I'm not so keen on the bathing suit part either. At my gym, the pool is right next to the entrance and there's a giant window facing everyone who walks into the place. I try not to think about that though because otherwise I'd probably never swim again. :(

Agreed! :( I know how you feel. I don't see a problem with that. I usually wear a Speedo to do laps. But at the beach and whatnot, I wear one of those like suit/dress thingys. I'm not sure if acting self-conscious or acting confident draws more attention in these situations though.
