Urgh. I hab a cold; my dose is like Niagra. And I have Choral Singing in an hour, awesome. It's tipping down with rain and I wish we didn't have Classical Text later. Such a frustrating class- no, Shakespeare didn't write that cause of the plosive letters & so the reader is filled with a sense of rage and betrayal, he wrote it cause it RHYMED.

I love Shakespeare so much but we do know he wrote some plays purely to cover debts and in about a week- it's so offensive to us as students to treat ALL his work is perfect. Romeo and Juliet and Hamlet are pretty perfect but he is God.

I like him too and in general I just feel that saying any writer used any sort of thing for any other reason than it sounds good (of course they probably bore in mind how effective the words were)... I just don't buy it.
