I've read that people have a climax to their day. A certain time when you feel motivated, and full of ideas. perhaps that time of day is just your zest.
or maybe you need something to bring about a second wind?
lately, i've been questioning whether i'm just lacking something in my life. and even though its floating around my subconscious, maybe its also affecting me physically/emotionally. like as great as my day starts out, it slowly wears me down:/
Try not to worry too much about the decline later in the day and be proud of the initial energy burst. That's a really good sign and something to be positive about. I'm not anemic and am thrilled at my rare bursts of motivational energy, so you're already 1 step ahead of me.
