A rather fun meme, stolen from

Ask me for "top five" lists of pretty much anything, and I will list you my top five of that thing or things. Copy into your own journal and give your own top fives.
And to start things off, here's the one I gave them:

Hmm... top 5 Queer Eye episodes

1. John Verdi. This was the episode that totally sold me on the QE concept. He's just so uncomfortable in the beginning, only to embrace everything he had learned by the end. And it's absolutely frickin' hilarious. Long live the man-quiche! :-D
2. Kevin Downey. I didn't even like the guy that much, but this episode was just great. The apartment transformation is just insane, and the ending is awesome.
3. Richard Miller. I'm a sucker for the sappy goodness. And all the cuddling on the bed.
4. George K. Probably my favorite straight guy of all time. Plus, it's got some awesome one-liners. The dictionary gag still cracks me up.
5. Josh Diaz. Not really a popular one, but Josh is just so adorable and sweet. And Thom is really, really hot in it. Plus, it contains the phrase "Pooping with Jesus." What's not to love? ;-)

For some reason I really liked the Alan Corey episode, even though the guy was a huge jerk. I think the comedy in that one was really good.

I'm not sure why, but the first season overall is so much funnier and more memorable in my opinion.

2. Chemistry 101. I don't remember much of it, but I actually fell asleep during an exam, so it couldn't have been all that great. It was around this time that I realized I just wasn't cut out to be a science major.
3. Ridiculously Advanced Calculus 102 Something-Or-Other. The only college course I failed outright. The most memorable thing about the class was that our T.A. would never, ever look anyone in the eye. He wouldn't even turn his head towards you, even if he was speaking to you directly. It was very, very creepy ( ... )

I'd ask for your top 5 Beatles songs, but I always hate lists like that. I feel like I'm personally making fun of all the other songs, when really, I just love them all like they were my kids. Well except "Wild Honey Pie". That's the ill-behaved stepchild that gets the crap beaten out of it on occasion. :(

& while you're at it... I want your top 5 solo George songs! ;)

1. Give Me Love (Give Me Peace On Earth). I like it because it's not blatantly religious (all the Hari Krishna references get to me after a while), and yet it's a lovely sentiment. And the intro just "grabs" me every time. :-)
2. What Is Life. Just goofy fun!
3. Dark Horse. The acoustic demo version, not the studio version. I guess that's cheating, but I don't care! ;-)
4. Absolutely Sweet Marie. Best Dylan cover artist ever!
And, from way out of left field:
5. If That's What It Takes. (From Cloud 9) :-P I absolutely LOVE this song. No explanation. Just adore it.
