New D&D spell inspired by Slayers!

Slayers has a lot of magic, but most of it is of the Knights of the Dinner Table variety -- bouncing betty fireball, sidewinder fireball, etc. -- but one spell amused me and I felt I had to replicate it. Giant power spells are easy to design, but weak ones are needed too

That's a pretty neat one. That would have remarkable utility for creative users, esp. regards tying people up.

I'm glad someone liked it! :P The best magic-user spells are the subtle ones that you need to be creative with, I say, rather than just the simple damage ones.
