Sokka thinks it would be best to split all the squds up into people who work best with each other, but I think it also helps if these people live close to whatever area they're supposed to be 'patrolling'. Any thoughts?

Pretty much. He would always go around dispensing wise sayings and tea. That was his thing. I liked the tea better than the wise sayings.
