You poor thing. Keep resting and having fluids. Vit C and echinacea for you! (Echinacea not only boost the immune system, but lessens the phlegm somehow). Oh, and get some sunshine if you can! And some zinc (pumpkin seeds) and lemon and honey with maybe garlic? Ginger is good, too. Some people like to add chilli.
Thanks, Joan. You know that is what Pete is saying, too. Just to rest. A hard thing to do for me, but my energy level is low so it actually feels good when I give myself permission to do nothing.
That is such a wonderful and relaxing view - you need to think of yourself as being on vacation there and get your rest. I read later that you are feeling better - I'm glad.
Yes, I was trying to show the whole yard. I'm hoping to go out there and sit tomorrow. It is healing just to be out there in the peace and nature of it all. I have pretty much stayed a "shut in" now for two days.
