There is another Rachel Baker born on the exact same date as me in NSW, and often government systems get us confused. After another run-in with the phantom Rachel when I enrolled in TAFE, I googled around since I then had her town as well, and found a myspace-style thing. I tried to contact her but she never replied. I look in every now and then
