I can report last week's word count as approximately 600 words, all of which were written on my short story (yes, the one I'm talking about all the time). This is awesome. :-) It's not quite as awesome that I still haven't finished the first draft. But at least it's almost done. How great that you've finished (or almost finished) the first draft on your short story, yay:))

I'm working this weekend and will probably not have time for anything super thorough, but I'm more than happy to read your story and tell you what I think, if you still need that. Obviously, I can't do a good language check, though;)

I'm on a conference at the moment, so I won't have time to properly finish the draft this week. But if you're willing to have a look at it, even with a few minor details missing, that'd be awesome.
