I wish I could say that I did, but the head chef of Geo's Sweet Shoppe, Raymond, is the one who put all of that together. It was even his suggestion in the first place.
They are entirely edible and very tasty too!

One should try to resist doing that while the gingerbread castle is on display.

But, that is why we have the smaller versions people can buy. Those you can eat as soon as you take them home.
