What's your favorite cookbook?

I want to expand my selection of menu "staples" that are tried and true and that I can learn to make repeatedly, or to find a cookbook (or two or three) I can really rely on give me good results. What are your go-to cookbooks?

The Best Recipe. The one by ATK/CI. (Can't remember if it's America's Test Kitchen or Cook's Illustrated. Hmm.)

Also love the ATK Family cookbook, but it's a binder and kind of annoying. But foolproof and fun to read.

As a fellow Duke grad, I know you'll appreciate ours!

But my real favorite cookbook is actually for baking (so no real help with meals!). We have never once made something we did not like!

You know, I have the Fosters cookbook and don't think I've ever actually made anything from it. Have you?
