I'm terribly pleased to note that the Realizations Arc is moving right along.
Yesterday, I added another 8,300+ words to "Karmic Backlash" which is turning into a monster! I was seriously considering slicing some of the earlier books of the arc into chapters, but hadn't made a decision yet. This one, however, will definitely need to be subdivided

As for the similarities and differences between those two, well, that's a topic for a separate post someday. Suffice it to say, they're both the types who can certainly get the old juices flowing. Too bad Yohji's a blond. He'd fit right in with those other players, no da!

And darn I'll take the weather change migraines over ones caused by going out in the sun anyday. I've got the light sensitivity problem going on but usually it takes a long time in the sun before I develop a migraine from it. What are you taking for yours these days?
The new Schwarz centric fic sounds intriguing I am really looking forward to reading it! ^___^

But I've got to admit that scripting luscious lemons and heart-breaking angst really takes my mind off all of that! Just today, I enjoyed several hours and over 5,000 words of alternate reality. It really improved my disposition.

We've just finished a week or so of monsoon weather - two typhoons in succession, which flooded the city (not good) and raised the water levels in our hydroelectric power plant dams (pretty good). We now have a return of warm weather, but not the killing humidity of last month.
Poor husband, however, went out for his first walk in the sun in days, and promptly got himself a sharp headache for his efforts. ::cuddles hubby:: A few minutes in the shade and a cold towel later brought him to rights, though.
I hope you get some rain soon - and not the bad stormy kind, either.
