Aww I adored this! I love your explanation on why Eileen didn't use her powers anymore. Seeing her cause a mess was funny. And the ending lines were very sweet. A fantastic job. ^_^

I really enjoyed this, especially the way it began with her becoming accustomed to a ballpoint. It's such an small and somehow obvious obstacle few ever approach in fics, the way Eileen would have become lax at everyday magical things. Eileen's relationship with both Severus and Tobias seemed very realistic. I really felt the love between mother and son, and I could really see the Severus you described here growing to become the Severus JK wrote about. I'm really glad I got a chance to read this.
