I love my coworkers.  I do.

But I am sick of having to cover for them when they're late.  This happens a lot.  One of them is significantly late at least once a week, and at least a few minutes late most days.  The other usually makes it in under the wire, but once a week she, too rolls in a few minutes late.  Some mornings, they are both late,

I've never understood people who ran in late every day and blamed traffic. After a day or two it should be obvious to allow for more time! I think all of those people are the ones flying down my freeway every day... 0.o

I have brought this up to them, suggesting in particular to the girl who is ALWAYS late that maybe she needs to get up and leave the house sooner. Yet she always falls back on the "It's not my fault! It was the traffic!" excuse. I have given up trying.

They both know it pisses me off, though. Like I said, I adore them, but they just don't seem to care.
