Friends, when do you prefer shirts tucked? When do you prefer them untucked?

I ask because I've been catching myself more and more tucking my shirts in and... not hating it. And it's weird.

I just wanna clap my hands to this song for the rest of the workday:

This probably wasn't meant for women, but I'll answer anyway.

There are very very very few times I'll tuck in a shirt. The only recent times I can remember are tucking a camisole into a skirt suit, when I had another shirt layer and a suit jacket on.

I feel like I definitely used to tuck in t-shirts. I guess I don't because a) I so very rarely get to wear t-shirts anymore, and b) my t-shirts are more girl-shaped and aren't meant for tucking.

The fiance only ever tucks long-sleeved dress shirts when worn with suits, and I think he still hates it.

I go back and forth. If the shirt has a nice hang to it, I think you can get away with tucking.

I added you back :) I was the one who stalked your journal in the first place. I guess trying to figure out how ellie_kay had a second sane friend.

My life is undramatic as of recent, making my journal entries annoyingly boring at times. Apologies in advance!

Ha! ellie-kay and I are friends through our mutual friend sabatoa. I argued a bit a few times with her in his journal, and I just love being exposed to people who are as different from me as she is.

And no worries - these are personal journals after all!
