Here's the only meme I do with regularity - the year in review one. This'll be the sixth year running. You can see the rest of them here.

What did you do in 2010 that you'd never done before?
-Visited Alaska
-Ate Arctic Char, caribou and probably one or two other meats I'm forgetting
-Moved in, properly, with Hiedi ( Read more... )

What ballcaps are you wearing these days?

How many hours a week were you working at your peak?

I have three ballcaps: Dodgers, Pirates and Expos (the original tricolour cap), but they've pretty much been retired for the season now. I'm really picky about sports hats - I'll see a lot of guys wearing ballcaps with NHL logos on them up here, but the only ballcaps I wear are fitted ones in styles that have at some point been worn in an MLB game. I'm considering any of the A's, Royals or Reds for my next purchase. Those would be on style alone - I don't see myself as a fan of any of those teams whatsoever.

I was working 65-70 hours a week or so at my peak.

My rules are similar. Fitted caps only and if it's an MLB hat it has to be a game hat, not the fancy New Era bp hats. I don't limit to MLB though, I'd wear an MSU cap. I would never wear a team I'm not a fan of though. Ever.

But see, the things I was complaining about back in those days weren't *my own* failures. Better to contrast whose behaviour appalled and depressed me, I think. :p

I think if I had the opportunity to eat caribou, I would do it. Veganishness be damned!

also totally hearing you on the failure being still being in a job that sucks. I think that is what I wrote too.
