Today as I was walking from the courthouse towards the train station on my way to work I felt close to my mother. I didn't *feel* Her, but felt *close* to Her (if that is understandable). I thought about a split moment in my life and a lesson I learned from Her and my sister

You're right though. I love learning new things and being educated, but it doesn't make me any better or worse than someone else who may not have een in educated in the way I was.
Same goes with the kind of jobs people have, etc...
Status is an unreasonable thing sometimes.

I know what you mean re: feeling close to someone. Do you ever have dreams about her?

Occasionally, yea. Those are usually sad though. I feel most close to her when I'm just sitting alone and thinking.
