And the titles are all lines from a song by The Carpenters - We've Only Just Begun

Yeah, images like this are why I have so much more love for Chromia than I do for Elita. She's just ... dynamic and lively in a way that Elita really isn't. Where Elita's Cinderella, who's nice and good and works hard and eventually gets the prince's notice, Chromia's Atalanta, who doesn't really need anyone to make herself happy, but who will accept company along the way if it pleases her.

I'm glad you like the drabbles, and also impressed that you got the song X3

Cute an interesting contrast between the two characters. And the titles are from the Carpenter's song. I always think of it as "We've Only Just Begun" but I don't know if that's the real title.

Thank you! Elita and Chromia are the two major femmes of Transformers, if you think about it. Arcee's important too, but she's seperate from them in that she's much younger, she's single, and she's more associated with the post-movie characters. I thought it'd be interesting to compare how they go about 'winning their men' so to speak.

Chromia's last paragraph was, in fact, the only reason why I wrote these drabbles. Everything before it was just a lead up... although I have a firm belief that the scene in the mess hall must have happened at some point. I'd think that Chromia would hate to feel dependent or attached to anyone because of the weakness implied.

Those are cute and wonderful. Cute for Elita/Optimus, wonderful for Chromia/Ironhide. I LIKE Chromia - she's my kind of gal! And I can so see her doing those things. Perfect, just perfect. Especially the mess hall kiss - yup, that's happened!
And you already know I knew the song. And I'm still old because I heard it on the radio when it was new. But I'm glad your parents introduced you to the good stuff...

Heeeee~. I'm so glad you liked! Honestly, I just get fic bunnies who GNAW AT MY HEAD UNTIL I WRITE sometimes. It hurts lots.

I'd also like to note that the only reason why I wrote all this is because that last paragraph needed a lead up XD;

I wish that I had that problem. 8C Sadly, I'm not cool enough to have plots gnawing on my face until things happen most of the time. It's very rarely that happen's for me. And then I do my typical thing of getting WAY TOO CRITICAL and it usually ends up getting deleted.

Pssht. Generally what happens is, I'm studying. My brain goes "I dun wanna do this anymore." and then, in order to escape, it throws plots at me. So.... I write. And write. And write. And then I don't look at it at all for the next three hours.

After that, I'll either edit it into readability, or, if I don't like it, I'll go harass Streaky on AIM SOMEONE ELSE BECAUSE STREAKY'S NOT ON AIM BECAUSE SHE'S AWAY WITH HER OTHER FRIENDS... XD

*cough* But yeah, I'll go and get someone else to read it. And then they'll either go "Holy hell, what were you smoking, this is shit, here's how to fix it" or they'll go "Holy hell, why haven't you posted this yet, here's how many babies I'll give you to go do that RIGHT NOW."
