Well, let's see. If he's not in Lina's place, then he's at the cafe. And then if he's not there, then he might have been kicked out and is either in Number Ten or in the library. And if he's in the library, you won't be able to get to him until open hours because they lock that place up tighter than a drum!

Does this look familiar to you at all? It's a book on alchemy with your father, or someone with your father's name, listed as one of the authors.
