This last weekend I headed up to Indianapolis to go to the Naptown Roller Girls Scar Wars bout. One of the photographers at the derby let me use their backdrop for a few shots, and I really appreciated that. I guess that goes to show that people who share an interest such as photography are willing to help out people they have never met before.

Here are some pictures of the first prosthetic to come out of my mold that was made Saturday. I still need to cut out the eyes, mouth, and breathing holes in the nose etc. I am going to try to attach it to my face tomorrow or tues to see how it works.

Yesterday, I went over to Gen and Steve's place to help get Steve into his Darth Maul with full makeup. It took a while, but the end results were well worth it. It took Gena and myself about 4 hours to get all of the makeup on, but that included goofing off, and Steve getting up to look at the mirror after most steps.
