Researching Jo's Jacket from The Mind of Evil

As cosplay goes, Jo doesn't seem to be a high priority, but I really love that jacket! It could be off the rack. There were many caramel leather/vinyl jackets of similarity in the 70s, but I've never seen one with a square neckline. Such jackets are still on trend for real-world clothing. I have no idea on the brand, but it is such a neat jacket! I loved Jo's clothes, they were so fun

I might be being a bit adventurous here, but have you considered altering a leather jacket? If you can find one in a similar style and colour it looks like it wouldn't be too hard to change the collar to match Jo's. With a quick search, this one is the best I could find. You could cut out the collar and use the scraps to make the shoulder straps.

Not helpful for this costume, but if you ever want to cosplay Jo from "The Three Doctors," The Unclaimed Baggage Center currently has a big feathery coat almost exactly like the one she wore (it's more of a lavender than a blue, though).
