Eleventh Doctor - Big Bang Top hat?

Hi guys! I was curious but does anyone know a general size measurements or something for the top hat he wears in Big Bang? Like brim measurements, the height of it (4.5 inches? Bigger?)? Eleven's top hat in the SB trailer looks bigger to me, so I'm not sure if I'm imagining it or not. It looked like it was black silk with a black ribbon around the

for what it's worth, Doc looks to be wearing the same outfit in "Let's Kill Hitler" with a taller hat and minus the scarf ...

Yeah, that's what I was thinking, as well as minus the corsage with the red flowers.

I think it's probably just a really nice top hat, not a particularly peculiar one.

I was wondering on the proportions of it, mostly like height and brim size? I had some generic top hats I was looking at on Ebay, so I'm not looking for the exact brand, if that makes sense. :)
