Eleventh Doctor - Big Bang Top hat?

Hi guys! I was curious but does anyone know a general size measurements or something for the top hat he wears in Big Bang? Like brim measurements, the height of it (4.5 inches? Bigger?)? Eleven's top hat in the SB trailer looks bigger to me, so I'm not sure if I'm imagining it or not. It looked like it was black silk with a black ribbon around the base.
