I've been trying to figure out what on earth (or otherwise) to cosplay next and some crazy random hapenstances chose for me! Not only did I find the perfect Brannigan hat and paint at a Halloween store that's popped up in town, I also came across someone who is willing to help me with my lack of time for making a time lord costume
