Lol. Yesh, well, it's usually better for me to pace myself through a series (most of the time). It gets me through other books quicker because I want to finish them so I can read the next book in the other series. lol.

It's fun discovering it for the first time! I can't believe it took me this long. lol

Omigosh, yes, she is so RIGHT, Memoirs of a Geisha is so AWESOME! I take it you want to read it because you saw the movie? Which is also amazing? The movie was captivating enough, but be warned that if you pick up the book you will NOT put it down. I got introuble like, every day in class for reading it. Strangely enough, I bought it at a book sale at school--and then the name in the cover told me it had belonged to the English teacher I had at the time. LOL.

Anyway, yes, read Memoirs of a Geisha!

Yes, saw the movie just recently and it was just so beautiful and the fact that it's a love story but the characters don't actually interact very much was interesting. Yeah, I'm gonna get what needs to be done RL-wise done so that I can just sit down and enjoy it without interuption. :D
