"Exploding Snap anyone?"
Just finished Harry Potter And The Goblet of Fire! This was the one I had been waiting to read because, as I've probably said before, it's my favorite of the movies. Oh and I had finished Prisoner Of Azkaban last week, so I didn't miss anything. GOF just reinforced one of the reasons that I'm reading the books. To delve deeper into that world and see everything there is to see, not just what they had time for in the movies. Sure enough, there were things that I loved but weren't in the movies. For instance, this Viktor Krum was....more lovable than the one in the movie, imo. In the movie he's just some stupid jock who doesn't say much. But in the book he's a bit more....not neccessarily sensitive....but just, gentler is probably the word. Hermy-own-ninny. So cute. Oh and Dobby! Just makes a person want to go buy socks in crazy patterns! Got Order Of The Phoenix sitting on the shelf, but I'm gonna take a break from the HP and read something else in between. Not quite sure what though. It'll probably end up being Memoirs Of A Geisha.
