To ad on to silentrevyrie’s previous post, did you know that Meryl was actually going to play Eva Peron in the Evita movie, but for some banal reason, the filming of the movie was postponed? By the time it was finally scheduled to actually start filming, Meryl was unavailable and after along period of searching, they cast Madonna instead. Don’t ( Read more... )

I like Madonna with music but...Evita? I didnt like it.
Eva Peron murio de cancer a los 33 años, y en sus ultimos dias de vida, pesaba alrededor de 40 kg. Evita filmo la pelicula estando embarazada: no parecia moribunda. Creo que canto bien pero el rol le quedo grande.
Obviamente, Meryl lo hubiera hecho mucho mejor.Ese rol requeria de la interpretacion de una muy buena actriz.
