I've decided that NAU and U of A are the college analogs of Deer Valley and Mountain Ridge respectively. Here's my reasoning

"Ridge and Arizona are relatively newish." If by newish you mean the oldest university in the state, then you're right! They just have more money so they are able to continually buy new buildings and renovate the old ones.

However, overall this is a very good list and it makes me happy.
