I have a co-worker who sits on a ball instead of a chair. Been doing it for years and loves it.

Heh. She's our agency's head Health and Safety Officer. Assessing work space ergonomics is only one part of her job. She also coordinates fire drills, and is head person for real emergencies, etc. Someone I hope is not overly busy!
