I don't have the chest infection. If I don't exert myself I shouldn't get it. You are so much sicker than I am. I feel so sorry for you, too.

Then I remembered your advice to singingwren about sitting up. And I realized I've been laying down all afternoon and evening.
So I sat up a little while ago, and I can breathe better now. (Still have a lot of the other stuff, most of which you probably have too.) Sleeping will be interesting.
I wonder if I have what she has....

Yeah, sitting up is very helpful. When I have lung congestion I pile pillows behind me to sleep in a reclined position. Actually I use the sitting-up-in-bed cushion, the one with arms. It works really well. I hope you don't have pneumonia. That sucks. When I had it I kept a cup by my bed as a spittoon. Nasty.
My symptoms haven't changed at all. Some sinus congestion that I'm treating with Claritin, and a mild-to-moderate sore throat. That and tiredness. That was worse yesterday. I slept better last night and I feel less tired this morning. We'll see how long that lasts.

Echinacea, zinc, honey, lemon balm, and lots of tea! Also- spicy foods!
