Notes: Written for tw_wotd_fic's prompt 'renascent'. I'm so totally drained I can't even begin to look at that damn text document anymore. It shouldn't be so hard! My fingers itch to write (fic, that is, not results), but my brain refuses to come up with ideas. GAH, that's frustrating. All I can do is a drabble, it seems. I really wanted to write something longer, more serious and deeper, but my head won't let me, sorry. Unbetaed, so comments and concrit are love.

Imagine there's war, and no one would come.

"The Unslayable Soldier walks among us," the Sontaran (fortunately the goatee was memorable in that uniform face) roared, millions of warriors answering with cheers. Jack swallowed hard. Escape from Sontara would be tricky.
As if on cue, every beady eye focussed on him. Goatee's hand patted Jack's back encouragingly, the strength of it making him reel. What was planned for him? Eternal hunts? Fights? Deaths?
"Oh, God of War, what is your command?!" Goatee yelled, and it took Jack a moment to understand the sight in front of him.
The entire Sontaran army kneeling wasn't something you saw every day.
