I finally got around to checking up my results for last semester...
One Distinction and one Credit.

Not bad, not bad... Two D's would have been better, but I loused the first assignment of Media Law. Better than nothing, I suppose! :P

I saw Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix this evening with A and it was good. Much better than GoF. I'll post more about it tomorrow, and it will be behind a cut for those who are still waiting to see it.

We'll be seeing it again Saturday too. Yes, i_autumnheart and I are insane. Like you didn't already know that!

I just read one of the funniest HP fanfic in a while. Called The Many Faces of Draco Malfoy it, well... Go read it those who like that sort of thing. It's funny. Written anonymously (for the moment) as part of the hd_holidays challenge.

While I was in Paris before Christmas, a couple of girls I met and myself went and saw a French comedy with Gerard Depardieu in which he portrays a man who pays his friends younger sister to pretend to be his fiance so that his mother and sisters would get off his back about being single. Sometime in the last few days, fandom has gone all splody - there's this site called FanLib that has basically tried to take over fandom by trying to appeal to the male teenage demographic. Too bad for them that fanfic is written mostly by adult women ( Read more... )

They're done! Done, I say! The two assignments I had due yesterday were both handed in on time, within word limits and completed to the best of my procrastination ability.

Now on to round two of assignment overload...
