Peppermint candy cane bark

This year, I decided to make some white chocolate peppermint candy cane bark for our neighbours. They were very easy to make and I used this recipe. I packed them in cellophane treat bags and stuck them in craft bags along with a bag of Christmas cookies and sealed them with a holiday sticker. They were a hit!

OOO those look great! I actually just spent $10 on a tiny bag of peppermint bark from Harry & David because Steve loves them. I should have totally made him some instead...maybe I will :o)
