OO what recipe did you use? is it just vanilla with ginger?

I used this recipe. The only change I made was to put the crystallized ginger candy on the side. But actually, the ice cream is SO GOOD by itself, it didn't need the candy. Try it, it's really good!!! :)

BTW, you inspired me to make pumpkin ice-cream next.

Ohhh nice! I actually always have ginger in my freezer and I actually have some crystalized ginger, too. I will def have to check this one out!
