Our 30% chance of rain has turned into a longterm downpour. When I got back from the grocery this morning the pond out front was down 4 inches. It started raining shortly after, & when I looked out front a couple of hours later it was overflowing (its edges are higher than the surrounding area, so it was just rain, no runoff).
