Erik tells me that every time Stephanie attempts a pie, it comes out as a "dessert thing"...

but he says it's always very good!! :)

My Mom actually has an "award winning*" pie crust. According to her, it's 90% technique when mixing, folding, and rolling out the crust.

*I say award-winning, but what I really mean is it got the old german mother-in-law's seal of approval.
