it just occurred to me, now that we actually have a date, we can't put off the registry questions any more. kizayaen thought that i'd want all new stuff as far as dishes and such go, but really, the current corelle is fine with me, and mom gave me her good china and silverware. there goes the usual staples of a registry. i've looked at sites online, and ( Read more... )

Things like good quality towels and sheets. Maybe some kitchen or bathroom items that you would like to have, but would never buy for yourselves.

heh, we're at a place for the most part that anything we want (within reason) we buy for ourselves. makes for difficulty figuring out what to get the other person for holidays and such.

(kiz's bday this year will be easy, he's already squee'd what he wants)

The nice thing about certain wedding registries (like the Bed, Bath, & Beyond registry) is that you can just go to the store and give them money for the couple. Then when you get married, you can have a gigantic store credit. You can do this at Amazon.com too--I like that idea because they *do* sell things like kitchenwares and have associate stores where their credit is good...so having a large pool of funding with them could be used for books, dvds, games, and popcorn poppers ( ... )

i've already got the mousey, and i don't think kiz wants a wireless. mine's rechargeable, which is nice. before GW's BWE, we both had recently (me just in time for it) upgraded our entire machines. one of these days i might upgrade our microwave to one of those new ones that can also brown and such (once they finally go down in price). where you think we can get one of those poolboys?

do -you- think i'm a moral American? oooh..i know exactly what i'm going to put on the list. one of those really nice either electric bedpads or blanket. the kind that has two different controls. our 'comfy' temps are always different. gotta check with work about life insurance, as i think i already have it.
