A follow up on last night's post re: the T:TSCC cancellation [and a bit more depth than my stupid ramblings on Twitter]:

The big problem I see with the show being renewed in relation to the Terminator: Salvation release is that FOX has nothing to do with the movie. It's a WB-produced flick; the WB has the distribution rights for the USA, and Sony ( Read more... )

On one of those Save Sarah Connor sites (I can't find the exact one right now), Hulu viewings don't count toward ratings.

I'm 100% convinced this show is done. I'm glad I'm okay with how it ended but I will miss it.

What I'm wondering is whether the deal Hulu has is with FOX or Warner Bros. I'm assuming it's FOX because it holds the show's distribution rights. And if so, then FOX is gaining some sort of ad revenue from Hulu viewings as well, even if it won't count towards ratings.

I mean to reply this in your previous post. where you suggested everyone watch episodes on Hulu as often as possible. Duh, sorry. I was getting at the fact that it's better for them to watch from the Fox website directly. :)

I don't have access to videos on the FOX website either; I'm assuming they show ads there, right? Then that's another good alternative, yes. :)

In other news, the Hollywood Reporter says RDA, Michael Shanks AND AMANDA TAPPING are gonna be guesting on Stargate: Universe.

Now all I need is someone to tell me RDA and Amanda are together on the same episode and I'm TOTALLY IN re: this show.

I think Chris is developing a pilot for DirecTV or something. "Rage of Angels"? Shanks mentioned something about it this past weekend on Creation.

I think it was linked a lot on Twitter last night? Twitter has a knack for killing other sites. *g* But it's working now, so.

RDA is apparently doing a bunch of episodes [well, so far only 2 but he said there might be more]; that makes me SO HAPPY I. CAN'T. EVEN!

Oh. Did you see that Shanks got a pilot? The Eastmans. Which is a show about a bunch of rich doctors which I'm not gonna watch like, EVER [even tho Jesse Bradford and GABY HOFFMAN OMFG I LOVE HER are on it], because I can't deal with fictional doctors being douchey, but hey, at least he's got work? *g*
