A Light Afternoon Shower Inside My Apartment

Last night I was at my computer when I heard water sounds - which at first I ignored because of the exposed plumbing which can be a tad noisy. Then it persisted so I went to investigate - and found water dripping onto the carpet off the ceiling. "Oh noes" I thought, "I hope it's not another burst water heater" - something I experienced some months

Wow - is her apartment the same size as yours?

I forgot to mention!

She has a much larger unit. It's the same outline as mine, but has a stairway leading to a second floor where the 2 bedrooms are. So where in my studio the bedroom is right there, in her unit that is a living room. And the second floor has these older hardwood floors that have plenty of character. Plus the view is nice enough being on the fourth floor.
