She's going to make an icon for every comment she gets, plus, OMG, the discussion of our boys that is already there has me all choked up. EEEEEEEEEEEEEEE YOU GUYS I REALLY LOVE THEM A LOT.

Is there any way I could convince you to quit your habit of linking things forcing an open in new window? *begs prettily*

Well, personally, I find that more convenient if I'm not using tabbed browsing (which I can't, at work). And if you are using tabbed browsing, you can just right-click and choose "open in new tab." I'm sorry if it bugs you! I have other good qualities! :)

If it is a huge annoyance for everyone, I'd be happy not to do it on the comm, but I always thought it was a matter of personal preference?

It is a matter of personal preference! Which is why I like to have the right-click option, so I can choose to open it in a new window or a new tab if I want.

And actually, I have FF set to automagically transform 'open in new window' into 'open in new tab' - but when I'm in lj and going to another lj page, I generally prefer to have it open in the same window and tab, which there is no way to force. I get a little tired of having all these new tabs showing up which I have to close one by one
