Lovely snapshots. And for once Fraser's stubborness pays off eh?

Very nice and the emotion was heartfelt.

Intersting style! The surprise wedding was hysterical - Francesca's idea! And then, Fraser moving out, moving in with Ma. It's very, very clear where Ray's family stands in this quarrel.

The moment when Fraser realized that, even with Ray back, he kept waiting for the phone call saying he was dead hit me hard. Ray keeping the moustache and beard ... *shivers*

Will you let me try to undo this damage. Please."
Yeah, just like that.

Re: the style, I was looking for a shorthand to keep the story from becoming a monster in length and hopefully it works.

happy to have induced shivers :-)

I particularly love Welsh TOTALLY trying to manipulate Ray. And I adore: none of them realized that the fear for Ray’s life would still exist with Ray standing right in front of them--a fascinating idea, and it feels so true and had never occurred to me before.

I'm glad you found that idea interesting. There were a couple ideas that I wanted to include in story, this was my favorite. Everyone's focused on the homecoming, but then what?

Thank your for taking the time to give feedback. I appreciate it.
