    I personally make a point of generally avoiding politics in this journal, but the selection of Sarah Palin as John McCain's VP is just too laughable to pass up. Oh, I had always believe Ferarro to be the first woman in the House (and maybe she wasn't, since I was obviously confused). I didn't even know she was on a ticket to be VP. Someone better hurry up and tell McCain.

I think it's so funny! He wants to look like he's down with change and youth, so he picks a noob Alaskan chick. How interesting is that??

And besides... McCain is a great guy, but will he live another 8 years? I don't know--he's aaaancient. Could you imagine S.P. taking over when he kicks the bucket? It just cracks me up.

Even funnier, she was once supportive of Alaska breaking off from the Union, and now she wants to co-lead it! Ahahah, Sarah, you're a a trip.
