Losing Weight? Really?

Apparently these things called "Watching what I eat" and "Starting to jog" have some ancillary benefits. For a while, I was floating around 230 lbs. Checked the scale this morning, and I was just below 215. Definitely makes doing the aforementioned tasks a lot easier knowing that I'm seeing results ( Read more... )
